Overview
OutBack Power FLEXware 250 Compatible FLEXware Surge Protector
The FLEXware Surge Protector is designed to protect the FX’s sensitive components from excessively high voltages (e.g., electrical storms). Thermally fused metal oxide varistors (MOVs) limiter “clamp” these voltages and transfer the resulting current from a higher voltage port to a lower voltage port. The FLEXware Surge Protector features ACTIVE and ERROR LEDs for the DC, AC IN and AC OUT circuits.
The FW-SP-ACA mounts inside the FW-ACA for FLEXware 500 and 1000 systems, while the FW-SP-250 is designed to mount inside the FLEXware 250 AC Side Breaker Enclosure allowing for quick installations that keep your system protected and looking great.
OutBack Power’s FLEXware Surge Protector is the only choice when you want to protect your FX Series Inverter/Charger from the harmful effects of transient power surges. Ease of installation and seamless integration make it the obvious addition to your OutBack Power system.

How sourcing works
1. Post your request
Tell us the quantity you need, your target specification and the delivery ZIP. It takes about a minute and costs nothing.
2. Verified suppliers respond
Suppliers who can supply this part come back with availability, lead time and a delivered price. Freight, packing and incoterms are set in their quote, which is why none of them are listed on this page.
3. Compare and accept
Compare the responses side by side and accept the one that works. No payment is taken until you accept a quote, and Sunhub Buyer Protection covers the order from there.
Seller & buyer protection
Every supplier on Sunhub is vetted before listing. Orders are held under Sunhub Buyer Protection until the equipment arrives as described, and payment is only released once you confirm receipt.
